cinemanila and seeing every possible movie

cinemanila is back! woohoo! i've become so oversaturated with the hollywood "blockbuster" type movies that i don't really care if the movies are less than brilliant. i just crave another perspective!

case in point: saw spiderman twice. it was fine the first time. but on the second viewing, i had seen all the special effects and heard all the good lines, so i could really see the flaws. then it began to look like every other comic based movie i'd seen.

oh well. i'm gonna have to adopt your never-watching-a-movie-more-than-once strategy. at least not watch it on the big screen more than once. EXCEPT if it's really really good. mala-LOTR type.

my TGGE is coming back! maybe this week, maybe next, but definitely coming back soon. happy.

not much to do today. except wait. ariel got me into gmail (sus). can't believe i'm seeing HIM AGAIN TONIGHT. after unsuccessfully convincing him not to come over late last night. what do you think? think he maybe likes me? parang may slight chance that he does... hehe ;)

7 shirts later...

the past two days have been great, really wonderful days. despite the fact that my TGGE machine still doesn't feel like reporting back to work. but company of good friends and close family never fails to tip the scales to the positive side.

4 tequila shots, 27 boxes of strawberry nerds, 7 very non-updated shirts, 1 semi-spectacular "summer" blockbuster, 1 crispy tuna buntot AND several great good morning texts/calls later... and viola! am a happy bunny! (to use p's term, i think you have to be brit to use it no? di bagay sakin).

non-essential detail: wearing the pink one today! very bunny-ish. i especially liked the blue and pink one you got moo.

i'm storing it all away for a rainy day. this 2 day long moment :)
