making up your mind

weather today is v weird. it's being very sunny and bright right now. but a while ago it was raining cats, dogs, saw some chickens in there... bigla lang. wala lang. feel lang niya! co-worker of mine was walking along outside. and she got caught in the sudden pour. she had an umbrella so it was fine, but then when she got to the next block, (as in next building) there was no rain!

my gel is still thinking about whether or not it wants to polymerize. i should know in an hour or so. pleeeease let it polymerize.

yesterday was apparently a great day for a lot of people in the lab. not just me. was having great cool weather yesterday. and my PCR worked extremely well. and we all ate Chow-King take out. mami, lomi and stuff. bagay sa panahon diba? anyway, v good day.
but this morning we were all talking and just realized that all of the stuff we were working on yesterday went really well. products, gels, assays... all successful. and they all tell me it's my double distilled water. may basbas kasi yan sa simbahan ;P great start of a day.

i'm glad to have made up my mind. and looks like the weather has too! sunshine!! we'll see how the gel goes... but i have a feeling, it will ALL be ok :)
